Longer lives. Changing systems
We are starting to see the limits of systems built for shorter lives. People are living longer. But many of the systems around us have not caught up. As Avivah Wittenberg-Cox writes, we are moving from “front-loaded lives” to lives that unfold across multiple phases, where learning, working, caregiving, and reinvention repeat over time.
