The foundation of their intergenerational program is coordinated with the Hakuna Matata Early Childhood Education Center, and supported by a research process developed and implemented in part with the Australian Institute of Intergenerational Practice.

Spain – Macrosad Chair in Intergenerational Studies, University of Granada In addition toacademic worksupport is given to the Macrosad Intergenerational Reference Centre, a shared-site integrating an adult day care facility and a nursery.
In addition to the various programs that Scotland is presenting over the 2025 Global Intergenerational Week there are two webinar events I’ve signed up for presented by Intergenerational England on April 28 & 29, which makes for more conversation on two interconnected areas of concern that I’ve been following over the last two months in other events.
Global Intergenerational Week: Let’s Talk Housing
Global Intergenerational Week: Let’s Talk Health
Closing on that note, I draw attention to the four thematic networks in Scotland hosted by Generations Working Together throughout the year – Ageism, Education, Research & Intergenerational Housing, Places and Spaces. Embedded in these themes are subjects such as social isolation and loneliness & intergenerational workplaces which demonstrates that there is more than enough in common for all ages to discuss and promote civic and social engagement.
